Details

The FR 2L Down Poncho is part of the takibi outerwear series, built to handle whatever winter throws at you. Flame-retardant properties make it a natural fit around the campfire, while waterproofing takes care of rain and wind, and 800-fill-power down keeps it performing in camping as well as everyday life.

The outer shell uses an original two-layer fabric that combines flame resistance and waterproofing, built from a blend of natural-textured polyester spun yarn and aramid spun yarn. The down itself is water-repellent too, solving the usual problem of down losing insulation when wet, and it's machine washable at home.

This poncho earns its keep in camp by pulling triple duty, wear it as a fire-resistant poncho, use it as a sleeping bag, or wrap up in it as a blanket.
