UK Delivery Options
At British Attire we offer a range of delivery methods which you are able to select during the checkout process. We deliver to the whole of the UK. However please note that certain services might be restricted in some areas and deliveries may take longer (these areas are listed below).
Working day is classified as Monday - Friday. Bank Holidays are not considered to be a working day.
All UK orders are sent tracked and we offer free UK standard delivery on orders over £75.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way containing your tracking information.
British Attire reserves the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. British Attire does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless British Attire is responsible for the error.

International delivery
We ship worldwide using tracked services. All international orders are sent duties and taxes paid (DDP). This means any import duties, taxes and handling fees are calculated and shown at checkout and are included in your total. There should be nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives in your country.
Delivery options and prices are displayed at checkout and in the table below. If you check out in a currency other than GBP, the shipping price and any spend thresholds are converted from GBP using Shopify’s current exchange rate.
Please note that we may be unable to deliver to some overseas territories and military bases, and we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Duties and taxes for international orders
International orders are shipped on a DDP basis. Any import duties, taxes and fees are collected by us at checkout and remitted on your behalf, so there should be no additional charges on delivery.
If a carrier requests payment on delivery in error, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the carrier’s request and we will help resolve it.
Order Progress Checking
Track Your Order: Upon dispatch, we sent you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. To view your order details, simply use your order ID (e.g. #BA51000) from the order confirmation and the email you used when placing the order on our Order Tracking page.
Order Not Received If your estimated delivery date has passed, please allow a few additional days for delivery, especially during peak periods. Our carriers are diligently working to deliver your order, so be sure to monitor your tracking link for the latest updates. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, the tracking information is unavailable, or your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
