UK and international returns information

You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund. If you require an alternative size in an item you purchased, you will need to place a new order for the new size and return the size that is not suitable.

For the festive period we extend our usual 30 days returns period. All orders placed between 1st November to 24th December can be returned until 24th January.

Please ensure the packaging remains intact and undamaged, as returns cannot be accepted without it. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the item must be free from signs of wear and odour.

To return a product, you do not need to call or email us, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Repackage your products Please note that returned products must be unused and have all packaging and tags intact. Please attach a note with your name and billing address details and/or order number so that we can identify the return.
  2. Get your free return label via our Royal Mail portal Fill out the form on our return portal page, print and attach the label to the front of the parcel, ensure it’s securely packed, and take it to any Royal Mail Post Office. Please remember to request a proof of posting receipt, which includes your return tracking number.

Please ensure your order number is included either on or inside your parcel - this will help us process your return as quick as possible.

 

If you would like to use another service, you will have to cover the cost and send your return to  the following address including your order number in the parcel and remember to get proof of postage:

Returns are normally processed within 10 working days, once the returned products have been received into our warehouse.

Upon inspection of the returned product, British Attire will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, British Attire reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.

A refund confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

  2. Return via your preferred method Choose a courier or local postal service that you prefer. We recommend that you choose a tracked service so that you can follow your parcel. You will be responsible for the cost of returns from overseas. Address your parcel to our UK address:

All products purchased from British Attire carry the full manufacturer warranty.

Special circumstance: in the event the manufacturer is no longer in business, British Attire will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution. All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record. Please email our customer experience team regarding any warranty questions.

If your product is defective then please email us some pictures and your order number we will advise the best way to proceed.

British Attire does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Face masks
  • Pierced jewellery

If you have a non-returnable item that arrived damaged or defective please contact us. We will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution.

Some of our products come with a Gift with Purchase (GWP). If your item is not suitable and you wish to return this to us for a full refund, we kindly request your gift with purchase is returned to us also. If your item is received without the GWP, the GWP item’s price will be deducted from your refund.
