All things relating to getting your order.
At British Attire we offer a range of delivery methods which you are able to select during the checkout process. We deliver to the whole of the UK. However please note that certain services might be restricted in some areas and deliveries may take longer (these areas are listed below).
Working day is classified as Monday - Friday. Bank Holidays are not considered to be a working day.
We offer free UK standard delivery on orders over £49, you have the choice between Royal Mail or DPD at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. British Attire reserves the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. British Attire does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless British Attire is responsible for the error.
Please note that due to the distance we are not able to offer some delivery options to some areas within the UK. Courier services to the areas listed below will generally take an additional 1-2 working day(s).

British Attire currently ships internationally free of charge for orders over £199 GBP. We will send using a tracked service for all international orders. If checking out in the currency other than GBP, the shipping price and order total limit will be the equivalent to the GBP price in your chosen currency based on the current exchange rate used by Shopify.
Please note that we might not be able to ship to all overseas territories and military bases and we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Upon dispatch, we sent you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. To view your order details, simply use your order ID (e.g., #BA51000) from the order confirmation and the email you used when placing the order on our Order Tracking page.
- Still Waiting for Your Order?
If your estimated delivery date has passed, please allow a few additional days for delivery, especially during peak periods. Our carriers are diligently working to deliver your order, so be sure to monitor your tracking link for the latest updates.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, the tracking information is unavailable, or your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please be advised that there may be taxes, fees or other charges that you will be expected to pay on delivery for non-UK orders. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order as these charges vary from country to country. We do not have any control over these charges and do not hold current duty rates on file.
If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to British Attire or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to British Attire.

Returns & Refunds
UK and international returns information
You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund. If you require an alternative size in an item you purchased, you will need to place a new order for the new size and return the size that is not suitable.
Please ensure the packaging remains intact and undamaged, as returns cannot be accepted without it. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the item must be free from signs of wear and odour.
To return a product, you do not need to call or email us, just follow these simple steps:
- Repackage your products Please note that returned products must be unused and have all packaging and tags intact. Please attach a note with your name and billing address details and/or order number so that we can identify the return.
- Get your free return label via our Royal Mail portal Fill out the form on our return portal page, print and attach the label to the front of the parcel, ensure it’s securely packed, and take it to any Royal Mail Post Office. Please remember to request a proof of posting receipt, which includes your return tracking number.
Please ensure your order number is included either on or inside your parcel - this will help us process your return as quick as possible.
If you would like to use another service, you will have to cover the cost and send your return to the following address including your order number in the parcel and remember to get proof of postage:

Returns are normally processed within 10 working days, once the returned products have been received into our warehouse.
Upon inspection of the returned product, British Attire will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, British Attire reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
A refund confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

- Return via your preferred method Choose a courier or local postal service that you prefer. We recommend that you choose a tracked service so that you can follow your parcel. You will be responsible for the cost of returns from overseas. Address your parcel to our UK address:

All products purchased from British Attire carry the full manufacturer warranty.
Special circumstance: in the event the manufacturer is no longer in business, British Attire will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution. All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record. Please email our customer experience team regarding any warranty questions.
If your product is defective then please email us some pictures and your order number we will advise the best way to proceed.
British Attire does not accept returns of the following items:
- Face masks
- Pierced jewellery
If you have a non-returnable item that arrived damaged or defective please contact us. We will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution.
You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund.
Some of our products come with a Gift with Purchase (GWP). If your item is not suitable and you wish to return this to us for a full refund, we kindly request your gift with purchase is returned to us also. If your item is received without the GWP, the GWP item’s price will be deducted from your refund.
