The small print
Programme Rules
Points Expiry
STRLNG expire 18 months from the date they were earned. Any account activity — purchase, review, or redemption — resets the clock on all your points.
VIP Retention
Maintain £250 spend or 3 orders per calendar year to keep VIP status. If you drop below, you revert to MEMBER — but you keep all your accumulated STRLNG.
Referrals
You earn 200 STRLNG when your referred friend completes their first purchase. They receive the standard 100 STRLNG welcome bonus automatically.
Returns
Points are deducted for returned items. If you redeemed STRLNG on a returned order, those points are fully reinstated to your balance.
Sale Items
STRLNG are earned on sale items at exactly the same rate. You can also redeem STRLNG on sale orders — no restrictions.
