Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the British Attire Affiliate Program. This program is designed to reward our valued affiliates for referring new customers to our products. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
To be eligible for participation in the British Attire Affiliate Program, applicants must be 18 years or older and have an active and valid method of payment reception. British Attire reserves the right to approve or reject any application to the program at its sole discretion.
Program Participation
Affiliates will receive a unique referral link and/or code to share with potential new customers.
Commissions are earned on qualifying sales that are directly attributable to the affiliate's referral link or code.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Commission and Payments
Commission rates are subject to change at British Attire's discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
Commissions are paid out on the British Attire pay schedule once a month after the return period (currently set at 35 days from order shipment) has expired via a PayPal account or the amount can be redeemed in virtual pre-paid card or gift cards from a variety of retailers and services. If the PayPal email changes, it is the responsibility of the affiliate to update the PayPal information within their affiliate account to ensure proper commission payments. We will not resend payments returned due to incorrect payment email addresses.
Payments of commissions are contingent upon the collection of funds from the referred customer. Returned or canceled sales will result in the deduction of the corresponding commission from the affiliate's balance.
Commission payouts do not include tax and shipping in affiliate revenue calculations.
All commissions are subject to review and verification by British Attire. This process is to ensure the integrity of the Affiliate Marketing Program and may include the delay or withholding of payment while an investigation is conducted.
Commissions deemed to be earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods will be voided.
British Attire reserves the right to withhold or delay payment of commissions pending an investigation or breach of these terms.
Coupon and Deal Sites
Posting on coupon websites, such as CouponBird and Honey, is strictly prohibited. Affiliates found to be sharing or allowing their codes to be posted on such sites will be subject to immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
Affiliates are encouraged to report any unauthorised use of their codes to British Attire for investigation.
Affiliates should not post their coupon code on large public forums that could have the same coupon code misuses as a coupon code site.
Intellectual Property and Brand Standards
Affiliates may not alter any brand assets provided by British Attire without prior written consent.
We require that you use British Attire approved banners, images, and logos in all promotions, emails, and social media mentions. If you need marketing materials please help@british-attire.com.
All promotional materials, including but not limited to images, logos, and slogans, must be used in a manner that is respectful and consistent with British Attire’s brand guidelines.
Moral Clause
Affiliate’s work must be truthful, non-fraudulent, and documented. The affiliate will reimburse the company for any wrongful conduct that causes the company to be sued due to the affiliate’s actions.
The affiliate agrees to abide by all guidelines set in the Company’s brand standards. All content should be in good taste and free of inappropriate language or any content promoting bigotry, racism, discrimination, etc.
Non-Disparagement
During the term of this Agreement and for one (1) year immediately following its termination, the affiliate agrees to refrain from any disparagement, criticism, defamation, or slander of the Company and its employees, directors, clients, or principal stockholders.
The Company shall use reasonable efforts to ensure its representatives refrain from any disparagement of the affiliate.
Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice.
Upon termination, the affiliate must cease all use of British Attire branding, promotional materials, and referral links or codes.
Limitation of Liability
British Attire will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Marketing
Bidding on branded search terms across all advertising and search platforms is not allowed without prior written permission.
This includes but is not limited to terms such as:
- British Attire
- Stocked brand names & terms
- Other related brand terms
Amendment
British Attire reserves the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued participation in the program after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
By participating in the British Attire Affiliate Marketing Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. You understand that violation of any terms may result in the termination of your participation in the program and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.
